Cooma Monaro Historical Society
The Cooma Monaro Historical Society is dedicated to collecting, preserving, and sharing the unique history of the Cooma-Monaro region. For almost 70 years, we’ve worked to safeguard the rich cultural, social, and environmental heritage of our communities — from the Snowy Mountains Scheme to the stories of early pioneers and the region’s Indigenous history.
Boco Rock Community Enhancement Fund
The Cooma Monaro Historical Society is a 2026 grant recipient of the Boco Rock Community Enhancement Fund, supported by Tilt Renewables and administered by Snowy Monaro Regional Council.
